Through the completion of this training, you will receive practical negotiation training to use in negotiating deals. The course will also focus on conflict resolution skills to be used in mediating disputes with other agents, brokers, and clients. This program is a 40-hour hybrid learning program consisting of 16 hours online and 24 hours instructor-led that engages real estate professionals in the learning process of mediation, alternative dispute resolution, negotiation, and conflict management. The Texas Realtors has partnered with RRG Consulting for the mediation and alternative dispute resolution training, those that meet the state requirements as a Property Tax Arbitrator will also receive a completion certificate that can be turned in to the Texas Comptroller's office for credit with your application.
