Founded in 1996 by Rick Scott, of Ponca City, Oklahoma, the company was established on the principles of safety, quality workmanship, dependability, and honesty. Our core services include Pre-Construction, Construction Management, General Contracting and Design-Build. Over the past 27 years, Rick Scott Construction has formed many solid relationships with business owners, architects and subcontractors.
