RSQ Management was founded in 2001 as the first coaching company in Poland. In July 2001, within the framework of RSQ Management was established the forum for the development of leadership - CEO Round Table. The idea behind the creation of the forum was to develop a space for the exchange of experiences and knowledge between Polish and expats - CEOs managing international corporations in Poland.
Over the next 18 years CEO Round Table forum grew organically, attracting more and more people who share a passion to develop. It is now the oldest and largest platform in Poland for the exchange of inspiration, development of leadership skills and expand business networks, dedicated to top management (CEO and CXO).
RSQ Management parallel to the CEO Round Table successfully develops business coaching. RSQ is unique in the market and specializes in individual and group coaching with managers, top executives and public figures to support them in their professional and personal development.
