These are experiential learning activities with proven results for soft skill development in a wide variety of learning contexts from High School to Executive Development.
Our online store is a collection of powerful tools that have been designed to easily be used by any competent trainer, teacher or facilitator to make learning more engaging and effective.
The criteria for selecting or designing these tools are:
A. Relevant. The tools should be relevant to helping learners build a particular skill, or develop/change a particular behaviour.
B. Simple to administer. The tools should be easy to use with no particular training or support required - other than reading the facilitator guides provided!
C. Versatile. The tools should be versatile to deal with changing group numbers, timescales and learning outcomes.
D. Practical products. the products should allow groups of learners to work together in face to face or virtual learning situations.
