Regina South Zone Taekwondo-Do Club

Regina South Zone Taekwon-Do Club (RSZTKD) was one of the first of many clubs developed within the STFI. At RSZTKD we help to develop athletic and mental skills through a comprehensive program of patterns, sparring, and physical exercises. Our Club has classes available for all age ranges and levels, from White Belt through the many Degrees of Black Belt. Under Grandmaster Clint Norman’s supervision, RSZTKD has developed a reputation both nationally and internationally for producing some of the best Taekwon-Do students in the world. At RSZTKD we promote a fun, family-friendly atmosphere for training and exercise where we encourage all students to test and advance at their own pace. With time, determination, practice, and fortitude you will be able to advance up through the ranks of Taekwon-Do.
