The core business of RTG Agency is to provide a link between Portuguese textile manufactures and foreign clients. This link enables the client to benefit from a very large network of reliable producers and subcontractors and allows the client to create wide collections counting numerous styles such as t-hists, sweatshirts, underwear, shirts, jackets etc. utilizing the freedom of fabrics and materials. The Agency values tight communication between client and agency securing continuous information on all aspects of the production whenever needed. Equally important, the agency keeps a daily contact with manufactures in order to ensure everything is running on schedule and as planned. The agency actively provides the help needed to plan the entire production phase from sample development to final production and delivery. In cooperation with the client, realistic deadlines will be set – optimizing the entire production process. During this production phase, the agency controls the production in all aspects. This includes checking correct garments and colors are used, making sure the styles are matching the developed samples and size-sets. Controlling all aspects of the production, the Agency overviews that elements like labels, buttons, designs etc. are distributed to the different producers ensuring an identical product identity, regardless of collection diversity and number of product groups.
