The Roland Torres Votacion Foundation, Inc,. is the heart and Corporate Social Responsibility of Dev Partners, in establishing a sustainable community. Inspired by the teachings and doctrines of St. John Bosco, the RTVFI aims to make a difference to the lives of the unprivileged youth especially “the lost, the least, and the last.” RTFVI works towards improving social and educational well-being of the Filipino Youth as we continue to pursue our mission to help young people improving the way of life – through Education. Focusing in one of the remote barangays of Arakan in North Cotabato, Island of Mindanao and providing a strong foundation for our programs with core values that drives our vision, our mission and our interaction with our scholars. The Roland Torres Votacion Foundation, Inc. (RTVFI) was established in September 25, 2018, founded by Roland T. Votacion, the foundation focuses on providing full scholarships to the unprivileged students and youth from different remote barangays and communities of the country. As the Corporate Social Responsibility arm of Dev Partners, RTVFI implements various program specially on education that could help and mold less fortunate children to reach their full potential and move from Education to Employment in the future. We partner with the community and stakeholders to provide free educational assistance to our chosen scholars from pre-school to college, where the possibilities, opportunities and dreams are all in the same ground through our Education to Employment (E2E) program.
