First AI flywheel target that Return Zero team tackled was "voice". We have launched a service name "VITO" that transcribes a call into text message content with AI powered software. It reached over half a million downloads and enabled collecting tremendous amount of speech data (+secured privacy issue)
Return Zero team is now tackling second and third service to add up more AI flywheel. With the grounds of AI powered ASR technology, our target market got larger than any time before.
