Our principals have over sixty years of combined expertise including, land development, redevelopment of shopping centers, tenant representation, landlord representation, property management, investment acquisitions, and the sale of both raw land and improved sites. With over $500 Million in commercial real estate transactions to-date, each of the Rubicon Realty Group principals have been associated with high-profile brokerages and developers such as Trammell Crow Company, Wulfe & Co., CB/Richard Ellis, RKF, and Sugarland Properties. These affiliations have provided profitable, long-term relationships and have established many more with other developers, brokers, and lenders.
