Rubiks Projects

Rubiks Project Management is a partnership between Ian Longville and Steven Moran that came about through a shared passion for delivering projects that leave a positive, enduring impact on our State. With this common pursuit, its unsurprising that their project involvement has gravitated to major public transport and urban redevelopment projects, though their experience covers many sectors. Depending on the project requirements, they work both independently and collaboratively, with a professional relationship of over 15 years allowing them to draw upon each other’s specific strengths and experience to provide superior outcomes. Both are civil engineers, with their technical foundations providing sound appreciation of interdisciplinary requirements, balanced by strong skills in communication, negotiation and planning. They take a solutions-oriented approach to projects, characterised by an ability to link strategic thinking with pragmatic action to achieve project objectives and resolve complex challenges, or in other words solve the problem.
