Founded in Grand Junction, Colorado, in 2005, Ruby Canyon Engineering Inc. (RCE) is an organization dedicated to facilitating greenhouse gas emission reduction projects. The senior staff at RCE has supported the advancement of economically-viable greenhouse gas and methane emission mitigation since 1998. As an American National Standards Institute (ANSI) accredited GHG verifier, RCE is well versed in environmental standards, all aspects of the carbon project cycle, and registering projects in today's voluntary carbon market in the United States and abroad.
