Ruby Law Group provides business immigration counsel to employers and investors. We also are experienced in representing EB-5 investors and development groups sponsoring EB-5 projects and forming regional centers. In the PERM/EB-3 context, Ruby Law Group has worked with businesses of all sizes across the country to assess their immigration needs and assist them in hiring overseas workers. We have filed hundreds of PERMs (Applications for Permanent Employment Certification) with the Department of Labor and I-140 petitions to USCIS, with a documented track record of approval. In addition, Ruby Law Group works closely with employer clients to assist them through the required recruitment process.
