Ruby Oak Nutrition is a safe space for kids, teens, and adults of all backgrounds and identities to improve their health while working towards food and body peace.
We specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating, intuitive eating, perinatal nutrition, and chronic disease management.
Our dietitians offer virtual appointments to clients across North Carolina and several other states, and in-person appointments at our two offices in Downtown Raleigh and Durham. We're in-network providers with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and the North Carolina State Employee Health Plan.
In addition to 1:1 appointments, we offer workplace wellness programs that focus on boosting employee well-being WITHOUT focusing on weight or rigid dieting.
