Ruby Serra began her career in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) industry at Singapore Exhibition and Convention Bureau as their MICE representative in North America. Her knack for building strong clientele relationships led to the creation of Ruby Serra Associates Inc.
She joined Destination Asia in 2011 as National Sales Manager, achieving record-breaking results before her stint ended in December 2014. Ruby brought her experience to Pacific World in January 2015 as Director of Global Sales for North America until its closure in October 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
She now operates her own DMC representation company globally. With over 30 years of sales and marketing experience, Ruby is well respected and recognized as an industry leader among her peers.
