Individual and group coaching programs helping aspiring professional rugby players establish greater mental resilience and the mindset essential for success. Rugby is, of course, a team sport, but it can often feel isolating - performance anxiety, injuries, high expectations, selection and rejection, balancing school work and rugby, or comparing yourself to others on social media. Rugby Buddy is here to provide a safe, neutral space to address both the practical and more importantly the mental challenges that aspiring rugby players will face.
