Ruggeri is an Italian company that sells special flours, sourdoughs and complete mixes for pizza, bread and cakes, characterized by natural and selected ingredients. Founded in 2004 in Padua, since 2021 it is part of the group Il Granaio delle Idee srl. Ruggeri was born from a simple idea: bring the mastery and knowledge gained through years of experience in the field of professional bakery ... to the home kitchen. Thanks to the work of our R&D Laboratory, every day we create bakery mixes, made with good, selected and quality ingredients. Since its birth, Ruggeri follows a Clean Label philosophy: we use only natural ingredients, without chemical emulsifiers. This is why we are an “Italian Flour Laboratory”: every day we test the best raw materials to obtain bread products that are naturally healthy and tasty.
