The menu draws influences from cuisines found across the global, merging flavours from far-flung destinations. Brunch, London’s favourite meal, has been given the attention this mid-morning tradition so rightly deserves. The brunch menu features an exciting medley of plant-based dishes as well as comfort food classics and sweet bites. Favourites will include: avocado on sourdough toast; ricotta hotcakes with condensed milk; grilled cheese sandwiches; and banana waffles with maple syrup. Virtuous guests can load up on fresh and filling salads such as: salmon poke with brown rice; spinach, avocado and sesame; and quinoa, pomegranate and cucumber. Guests have the option of pimping up their salad with a range of add-ons like roasted halloumi, grilled chicken, prawns or seared miso salmon. For lunch and dinner, the menu is brimming with small plates, burgers, and substantial mains. Starters include: gluten-free crisps with guacamole; burrata topped with tomatoes; and hummus served alongside assorted vegetables. Similar to the brunch menu, salads, sandwiches, and burgers are available, like the crowd-pleasing vegan burger - a juicy plant-based patty topped with homemade condiments. Larger plates come in the form of prawn linguine; roasted salmon with miso; and chicken paillard. Desserts are just as tempting with cheesecakes, seasonal tarts, pavlova, and banana bread all joining the line-up.
