RunLine creates a list of everyone’s improvement ideas that is sorted by the ROI each will generate. This is done through a data driven process that involves portable line tracking systems and discrete event simulation models. Our process helps remove some of the politics, so that decisions can be made and need line improvements can be implemented by an aligned team that is behind them.
