Running Startups is a friendly social running club hosting weekly runs in London for founders who are prepared to go the extra mile. Running is more than simply exercise to improve cardiovascular health. For many it can be the spark for immense personal growth. At Running Startups, we run to ease the mind and to connect with the body, a meditative experience that can help you think more clearly, boost mental stamina, and help you perform better. Our goal is for all our founders to become a better version of themselves, to encourage fellow crew members, and to be a force for positive change. We welcome runners of all abilities, and will provide coaching, community, and motivation to keep you on track. Whereas some join Running Startups to improve their running performance, others join purely for the social connection. Most importantly, it is a space where like-minded founders can connect, collaborate, and be a fantastic source of encouragement and support.
