The Running School Birmingham

The Running School coaches runners, kids, beginners, athletes and triathletes of all abilities in learning how to avoid injuries, increase speed and improve efficiency by changing their technique. Our philosophy is based on the principle that you have to be able to move efficiently to be able to move faster. We have spent the last 30 years developing and implementing movement, rehabilitation and speed protocols and we have worked with over 65,000 athletes and non-athletes.
