Run Projects are Independent Project Managers working primarily on London residential building projects. We are RICS Chartered Surveyors combining experience in project management, quantity surveying and property developments with the sole aim of delivering successful building projects for our clients.

We guide clients through each stage of their building project, introducing appropriate consultants and contractors to suit their project aspirations and budget. This enables our clients to achieve the best mix of quality and value for money.
We only provide honest and transparent advice, from initial feasibility to wholistic project budgeting and risk analysis, enabling you to make informed decisions throughout your build. Our fee structure is based on fixed fees rather than a percentage to avoid a conflict of interest and provide best value.
We also offer an interior design service to help you create the perfect look and feel to complete your project. This competitively priced service is fully bespoke, enabling you to pick and choose the guidance you feel is needed and to suit your budget.
