I’m Polly, a UK Athletics licenced running coach, and I set up RunVive Coaching to help people just like you to achieve your running goals. Running coaching isn't just for speedy or advanced runners. Everyone can benefit from having a coach - to hold you accountable, to build your confidence, and to challenge you to achieve more than you thought possible. And that is the tag line of my coaching: Make your impossible, possible. What I offer You do not need to be an advanced runner to benefit from running coaching.
