I am an Expert Lifestyle Coach. I practice in the field of Holistic Lifestyle (based on Five Pillars - Nutrition, Workout, Stress Management, Hydration, and Sleep Management). For years together, I have promoted and guided enthusiasts across the globe about mindful eating, and a healthy lifestyle. I am an ACSM certified Marathon Trainer and Ultra Marathoner (4 Times 100 KM Trail walk + Marathon's), parallelly I am a Yoga and Kids Fitness Trainer as well. I have done the certification in GAIT analysis (ACSM), Functional Rehab Training Program (Back Pain) (IHFA), Functional Rehab Training Program ( Untold Facts of Functional Training) (IHFA), CPR, ADE, First Aid (St, John Ambulance Association). I am taking corporate sessions on Health, Wellness, Motivational talks, and Ground activities, so far already dealt with 17 -20 corporates and 3-4 Schools. Organized summer vacation sessions as well for the kids with successful physical ad mental growth in the kids. I believe that a healthy lifestyle is achievable. It’s not as hard as it seems. All you need is willpower, determination, and the right attitude. If you decide to achieve your fitness goal, no one can stop you to reach there. The first step is the most difficult one and you're stronger than your excuses - so let's get started. Once you break the first step hurdle, you're ready to embark upon a journey of self-discovery and adventure. At last, I would like to say only one thing - "Take care of your body.
