Rural India Supporting Trust (RIST) was established in 2009 as a philanthropic organization. Our work supports poverty alleviation and the well-being of communities in India, through strategic and value-based partnerships in alignment with United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals.
We aim to reduce the burden of poverty through improved access to education and healthcare in India. Our programs focus on improving the quality of life for persons with disabilities. We believe the impact of environmental damage has a detrimental effect on us all. A key component of our project design is to reduce negative impact on the environment and promote sustainable and eco-conscious measures through all our work.
