What is AIRO all about? Small business financing in rural Canada has become remote, data-driven and abstract. Local communities are at a disadvantage. AIRO has created a financing opportunity through loans and grants. We're dedicated to the promotion of economic development in Annapolis Royal and district through action as an incubator, angel investor, and community development hub. Our purpose is to stimulate entrepreneurial activity in Annapolis Royal and Annapolis County through research, funding, and collaborative action. We know there are people in our community with terrific business ideas who are ready to take action to help our region succeed economically. If you're one of them, AIRO can support you in making your idea a reality. We can give you advice, connect you to other helpful resources, and potentially micro-fund your idea with a grant, loan, or investment. We typically offer up to $10,000 in funding.
