Job Description:
As a Business Development Officer and Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by managing incoming and outgoing calls from truck drivers and providing them with exceptional support tailored to their logistics needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Interaction:
Handling incoming calls from truck drivers, addressing their inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information regarding our services.
Making outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our company's offerings, and identifying opportunities to meet their logistics requirements.
Sales and Business Development:
Actively engaging in sales activities to acquire new clients and expand our customer base within the trucking industry.
Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business growth, including cross-selling and upselling additional services to existing clients.
Relationship Management:
Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their unique needs and providing personalized solutions to enhance their experience with our company.
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and foster long-term partnerships.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintaining accurate records of all client interactions, including call logs, inquiries, and sales activities.
Generating reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
