Our work focused on identifying opportunities to transform the company’s operating model. 🚀 What We Achieved: • Conducted in-depth internal analysis (customer, pricing & capacity) and external market research to identify growth opportunities in a niche manufacturing market (IBISWorld, Simply Analytics). • Synthesized sales data to underscore the imperative for transitioning from a manufacturing-centric to a service-oriented operating model • Identified and presented profit-generating possibilities aligned with the company's people-first vision. 📈Value Created: • Identified revenue growth opportunities through financial modeling by focusing on an identified niche market. • Enhanced competitiveness via strategic SG&A investment, boosting value perception and entering new markets through niche industry and geographic expansion. • Validated financial models by entering projections and addressing potential discrepancies. • Proposed critical investments in modernizing manufacturing value chain activities and processes.
