OUR HISTORY
RKP was established in October 2017 as an independent dispute resolution practice with a particular focus on commercial litigation, corporate conflict, white collar crime, disputes with regulators and state authorities, and criminal defense of businesses in Russia. We also have significant background in representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings, complex insurance disputes, and high-value construction disputes.
The firm is a spinoff of Goltsblat BLP (now Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner), the Russian practice of a major global law firm. We launched RKP to be able to offer our clients a tailored approach to solving the most complex legal issues they are facing without the additional bureaucratic burden of a large firm, while maintaining competitive rates and boasting high level of partner involvement.
We are proud to say that this approach has been rewarding. Such industry leaders as Mechel, ChelPipe, Jones Lang Lassalle, Baker Hughes, Volkswagen Group RUS, Abbott Russia continue to trust us with their most sensitive cases. In less than six months since the launch of "RKP" our clients have instructed us to represent them on matters amounting to over 23 billion rubles.
