I believe that each human can thrive in the right environment, but it takes self leadership to get there. Once we create it within ourselves, we get better at supporting it in others.
I have learnt through experience to develop a product mindset when it comes to development of this kind, and I apply the same approach when I work with others whether working 1:1 or working with teams and organisations on their Leadership or People and Culture roadmap.
