A community initiative to help 10,000 self-employed people discover a tax refund worth up to $32,220, and raise $1,000,000 for local non-profits. THE PROBLEM 🤕 Most sole-proprietors, free-lancers, and 1099 contractors who earned income in 2021 are eligible for a tax refund worth up to $32,220 by claiming credits for Sick and Family Leave, more commonly known as the Self-Employed Tax Credit. The problem is they don't know about it, and it expires April 18, 2025.
