This designation given by the National Commission on Rehabilitation Counselor Certification (CRCC) is only given to Masters level trained vocational rehabilitation counselors who are tested and meet certain standards required by the Commission.
Those who have this certification must also abide by professional ethics guided by CRC’s Code of Ethics.
