RWAD is a multi-disciplined architectural and Interior Design company based in Devon and working across the South and South West of the UK. We cover small and large scale Residential and commercial projects, we are able to do this due to our extensive relationships and access to a wide range of highly-skilled contractors and tradespeople, offering the customer excellent service without passing on the overheads of a standard architectural practice. We specialise in giving life to the spaces we live, work, rest and play in and aim to add a modern and contemporary feel to both residential and commercial projects. We always work to a high-quality finish and believe the key to all good design is in the detail. We are sensitive to context and brief and have delivered a range of projects, from private one off homes and refurbishments, high end multi unit Eco housing, adaptive refurbishment of heritage and conservation buildings and high end 'London based' leisure and restaurant fit-outs. Our work is driven by a passion for light, space, natural materials and stunning living spaces, coupled with an understanding of the sustainability challenges facing the built environment today. We like to use materials that challenge and sometimes even surprise and believe that good architecture and design that respects the environment go hand in hand. We will nurture your project, whether it be a small extension or a large-scale development, from conception to completion. We are a registered Local Authority Building Control Partner and have a track record of previous projects to give peace of mind.
