We’re about teaching willing students the fundamentals of paleo-inspired, nutrient dense food. Based in and around Melbourne, Rx Cooking School is a fully mobile operation that delivers collaborative cooking classes to folks who like to eat interesting, varied food that has attitude, all the while being nutrient-dense and super healthy. A paleo-inspired diet is based upon everyday, modern foods that take cues from the food groups of our hunter-gatherer ancestors.
