Our best candidates targets are missing. Mutations that result in their sequences and proteins being absent from the cells. These targets are currently only used for diagnosis. Our predicted patient population that we can help are ones who currently have the worst prognosis. From bio-informatics analysis we predict that patients with pancreatic cancer as well as glioblastoma have the largest share of relevant mutations.
