RXM is a subsidiary of Hanil Holdings Group and Seoul Land, responsible forthe group's Web3 strategy business, festivals, content, and IP business. Hanil Holdings, a holding company and a KOSPI-listed company, possesses competitive business subsidiaries in various sectors, including the construction materials sector (Hanil Cement Group, including Hanil Cement, Hanil Hyundai Cement, Hanil Industry, Hanil L&C), leisure sector (Seoul Land, Haneul Mongjang), trading sector (Hanil International), and investment sector (Hanil VC). Additionally, it also owns a significant bio-group represented by KOSPI-listed company Green Cross, which was separated from Hanil Holdings. Among these subsidiaries, Seoul Land stands as one of the representative theme parks in the country, specializing in festivals, content, and leisure businesses, along with related affiliates. RXM was established as a subsidiary of Hanil Holdings, a KOSPI-listed company, and as a subsidiary of Seoul Land to take charge of new businesses in various fields such as content, entertainment, and Web3.0. Leveraging the infrastructure of Seoul Land and related affiliates, it aims to create synergies. Additionally, RX Meta is securing exclusive intellectual property (IP) in the performance/exhibition field, including major domestic festivals, and in the Web3.0 sector to expand the customer experience of Seoul Land.
