RYKU specializes in self-defense & fitness training. RYKU is a Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) gym specializing in Japanese Jiu-jitsu and upon returning from Thailand we will offer Muay Thai Kickboxing as well. We teach members the skills required to handle violent confrontation. We utilize the most practical & effective self-defense system available in our area. Utilizing 28 years experience in the martial arts discipline we are opening a new training facility in Canada and in Thailand.
