The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is a transformational leadership program, designed to equip emerging leaders with the hard and soft skills required to reach their full potential.
This annual seven day program focuses on a philosophy of experience, reflection, learning and application of leadership skills. The program combines some of Australia’s finest speakers with engaging activities and challenges. RYLA is a supportive environment, cultivating opportunities for personal reflection and growth. Graduates of RYLA emerge as holistic, dynamic, emotionally intelligent leaders who are confident in their unique abilities, and are motivated to create changes within their organisations and communities.
RYLA candidates are between 18 and 30 years of age. They are emerging leaders in their communities and organisations, who are motivated to improve their leadership potential.
RYLA has a long history of attracting quality presenters with a diverse range of experience and skills, including corporate, not-for-profit and government.
