We also have experience in NCAT. Our commercial law strengths lie in negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial agreements, including confidentiality, material transfer, multi-site clinical trial, research collaboration, lease, licence and assignment agreements, and in providing general commercial advice. We have also had considerable experience dealing with aspects of M&A transactions, including undertaking due diligence enquiries, and in negotiating settlement of commercial disputes.
