Laser Capabilites S B Fabricating has 1 state of the art Mitsubishi CNC Laser at 4000watt, giving us the ability to cut Aluminum up to .375″, Stainless Steel up to 0.5″ and Mild Steel up 1.00″ Our Laser takes sheet sizes up to 60 inches wide and 120 inches long and that’s not all, we can also do your tubing and pre-manufactured parts too! CNC Metal Forming With our 2 CNC Hydrualic Press Brakes to sister with our Laser we can finalize your ideas with a huge variety of tooling to match your complex and simple parts. Sheet metal forming can be used instead of welding or fastening pieces together making it a more efficent and streamlined assembly process and in some cases can finish your part without the need to weld at all. Materials We stock plus or minus 200,000 lbs of sheet metal in various materials, thickness and sizes.
