I am an experienced consultant and guide in questions of Mental and Physical Health.
My work has three main branches:
- Massage Therapy, where I am focused on deep tissue massage whole body, emotional stress relief, reflexology, prenatal massages, craniosacral therapy, face, and head massage.
- Forest Therapy, wherein a form of one or two days lasting pilgrimages, we examine problems of clients from different perspectives. Forest therapy can include many diverse techniques, such as deep dialogue, bodywork, working with clients' dreams, psychoanalytical approach, deep inner imagination, inner voice dialogues, constellations, craniosacral therapy, etc.
- Addiction Recovery - in form of online or live sessions. I help people after their rehab or in earlier stages of addictions when rehab is not necessary. I also work with non-substance addictions, addictive relationships, and other behavioral or emotional aspects of it.
