We stand for Supporting Healing Educating and are a UK Registered Charity that offers help, support and information for adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse, sexual violence and rape. We support all genders, providing free, long-term, person-centred support to empower survivors to move from surviving to thriving in their lives .
The services S.H.E. UK offer are based on mutual support and empowerment. We offer adult survivors a wide range of activities, for up to 2 years:
- Telephone support service (prior to counselling)
- One to one counselling
- Professionally facilitated support groups
- Facilitated creative therapy groups
- Arts & crafts workshops
- Self-development courses
- Social activities
- Fundraising
