S-TARget therapeutics GmbH is a biotech start-up that develops novel therapeutic vaccines to cure and prevent allergic diseases, based on the unique, proprietary S-TIR™ technology platform. Lead candidate SG100 targets allergic asthma induced by house dust mite (HDM), the major cause of allergy in the Western world achieved in vivo proof of concept in the most stringent animal model for house dust mite induced allergic asthma in non-human primates. SG300, targeting birch pollen allergy, showed in vitro proof of concept, using Birch pollen specific T cell clones. Both products are available for outlicensing.
