S4S was recently formed to promote and continue the work of an authorised UK distributor of ELC security products. This authorised distributor has been supplying security seals to the UK market for over 30 years. ELC was established in Brazil 50 years ago and has always been a manufacturer dedicated solely to the invention and production of security seals and related products. They were the first to invent and patent the anchor type plastic tamper evident seal in 1967. These were introduced into the UK market for use on electricity meters a few years later. Since then ELC has, through research and innovation, grown to become one of the leading manufacturers in this field. Now, with over 500 employees and with 140 security related patents throughout the world, it is one of a very few security seal companies that have succeeded by inventing, manufacturing and selling only its own products. For over 50 years ELC security products have been used worldwide in all sectors of commerce, finance and industry. Our aim at S4S is to continue to offer the service and expand on the work done by the UK distributor over these last 30 years and strive to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
