From 1945 to 2017, S.A. G. & E. Bouille (based in Neuchâtel - Switzerland) has been a luxury watch cases manufacturer for highest-end Swiss watch brands, with uppermost service level (NPS > 86%) and finest market reputation & goodwill (in the top 3) within the Swiss-made precious material watch casing supplier space.
The firm was successfully sold in December 2017 by the family to ADAX HOLDING SA (nowadays CORNU & Cie SA). In 2018, the company changed its name into BOUILLE & Cie SA under the new owners [Mr. Urs Kamber and Mr. Peter Kladny (dit Pierre)] and new executive management [Mr. Andrea Ruggeri (CEO) and Mrs. Marcia Correia (CFO)] who have been solely responsible & liable for its destiny: see www.bouille-cie.ch
Unfortunately, during the next 4 years of new management (Dec. 2017 - Dec. 2021), the owners of the newly named BOUILLE & Cie SA failed to capitalize on these exceptional assets and goodwill, committed fatal commercial, strategic and financial errors, and were forced to file for bankruptcy in Dec. 2021 for reasons that were totally outside the former Bouille family's sphere of actions and responsibilities, as was unequivocally demonstrated and proven by arbitration in 2024. The parent company CORNU & Cie SA even ended up paying substantial damages and compensations.
