SAB WindTeam GmbH is an onshore wind project developer and windfarm operator with activities in Germany and France. SAB WindTeam is based in Itzehoe with additional offices in Kiel, Hamburg, Magdeburg, Wolfenbüttel-Ahlum, Nantes and Lyon. Since its foundation by Dirk Staats in 2008, SAB WindTeam GmbH has been owner-managed and independent. Since then, the company has undergone a continuous development from a stand-alone project developer to an independent energy producer. The in-house demand of the IPP company (IPP = Independent Power Producer) ensures the smooth transition from a significant part of the projects developed in-house. The internal services and processes have been consistently designed to be suitable for the third market.
