I run a mindfulness training consulting company, Meditate Now and am an accomplished and experienced speaker. Meditate Now offers tailor-made mindfulness 1:1 programs for busy professionals but also delivers mindfulness presentations and workshops within organisations to assist with team building, resilience training, stress reduction and conflict management. I’m a sought after speaker on mindfulness and meditation – helping provide audiences across Australia with a taster of the immense benefits and tools available for those wishing to reduce stress and increase their resilience. As a young girl, I struggled to deal with the weight of various troubles in my teens. After being given a meditation tape by a family member, I was hooked and turned to meditation. After travelling extensively in my thirties and working in London in the mental health field, I returned to Australia a few years ago and realised I had the skills to make a difference to professionals feeling stressed and overwhelmed. Over the past 10 years, I have helped hundreds of professionals to become more present in their day-to-day life through my workshops and one-on-one programs. As a result, most now find it easier to deal with the pressures and demands of life due to not being driven by their emotions, competing agendas and being overwhelmed. This, in turn, means their performance at work is improved and their home life is more relaxed, making them generally feel happier and more engaged with life.
