From our base in Edinburgh, we work with researchers, technologists, and tastemakers to develop a new standard for celebration - one that honours tradition, reimagines ingredients, and places purpose at the core of everything we do.
SABLIÈRE’s novel approach has been recognised with a SMART: SCOTLAND grant award from Scottish Enterprise, support from the Industrial Biotechnology Innovation Centre (IBioIC), and as a finalist in the Scottish EDGE competition.
