Named after Sabri Ülker, a pioneering entrepreneur in the Turkish food industry, the Sabri Ülker Food Research Foundation has been established to promote the dissemination of information about food, nutrition, and health to society since 2009. Our vision Contributing to the development of social awareness of food, nutrition, and healthy living as an independent, scientific, non-profit organization. Our Goals Balanced nutrition has always been an essential part of healthy living. It is an indisputable fact that while a sufficient and balanced diet improves health and extends lifespan, an insufficient or a poorly balanced diet has adverse effects on health. Therefore, our goals are: To carry out activities that support healthy eating and healthy living. To inform the public about the latest scientific developments in food, nutrition, and health. To stay informed about scientific research, legislation, and practices on national and international levels. To cooperate with and support universities, government agencies, and nongovernmental organizations to provide the public with accurate and reliable information on food and healthy eating habits. To share the most current studies and developments in nutrition science in a transparent manner each member of the society. The science board of the Sabri Ülker Food Research Foundation, which is made up of expert academicians in the fields of food, nutrition, and health, leads all the work of the foundation with knowledge that stems from its collaboration with national and international reference institutions and various other reliable sources of information.
