We are an independent group of international human rights experts working to support the peoples of Myanmar in their fight for peace, genuine democracy, justice and accountability.
SAC-M was formed in response to the military’s attempted coup in February 2021 to provide strategic advice to, and advocate for, the democratic movement in Myanmar, to ensure their demands are heard by key decision-makers at this critical time.
