The Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce - Los Angeles

The Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce of Los Angeles (SACC-LA) was founded in 1988. It is one of 20 local chambers across the United States, cooperating under the umbrella of SACC-USA. Together the chambers form a nationwide Swedish-American business network, which has served as a forum for Swedish and American business people since it was founded in 1906. SACC-LA is a non-profit organization that covers the geographic area of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, Ventura, Kern, San Bernardino and Santa Barbara Counties, with a population of about 17 million people. SACC-LA arranges seminars, business meetings, industry events with focus on the creative and innovative industries. SACC-LA provides information about Sweden and the U.S. and directs Swedish and American business requests to appropriate contacts within the SACC-LA member network. We enable excellent networking opportunities for our members. The traditional mission of the SACC-USA is to enhance business and trade between Sweden and the United States. SACC-LA seeks to contribute to the development of relations between the business communities in Southern California and in Sweden by enabling innovative and creative exchange in order to create business opportunities between Swedish and American companies.
